❶ 广告法说的具体是什么

明令禁止

①禁止在大众传播媒介或公共场所、公共交通工具、户外发布烟草广告

②禁止向未成年人发送任何形式烟草广告

③保健食品广告不得涉及疾病预防、治疗功能

④弹窗网页广告须能一键关

旧广告法只有7种商品和服务的广告准则，新广告法增加到17种。与消费、生活、健康密切相关的问题都增加了进来，和消费者联系更加紧密。

地产广告不可任性承诺

新修订《广告法》房地产广告宣传规定

【第二十六条】房地产广告，房源信息应当真实，面积应当表明为建筑面积或者套内建筑面积，并不得含有下列内容

（一）升值或者投资回报的承诺；

（二）以项目到达某一具体参照物的所需时间表示项目位置；

（三）违反国家有关价格管理的规定；

（四）对规划或者建设中的交通、商业、文化教育设施以及其他市政条件作误导宣传。

这条新规对于很多房地产策划或文案人员来说，是一个镣铐，今后在创作楼盘广告时，不能为了宣传而做出很多承诺，只能带着镣铐巧跳舞。

按照规定，估计今后“买房送名校资格”、“规划中的地铁某号线就在家门口”、“距中央广场商圈XX分钟”等用未来规划来宣传或承诺的信息可能会被禁止；“买房稳赚”、“买房百分之几的收益率”、“x年回本”等关于升值或投资回报率等的宣传字眼也可能被叫停。文案们做好另辟蹊径的心理准备。

品牌代言人严苛要求

新广告法中，总共75个法条中共出现代言人12次，现有的广告代言玩法可能有许多不再适用。

“为自己带盐”的企业主是否算代言人

从聚美优品的“我是陈欧，我为自己代言”中CEO陈欧闪亮登场后，企业主为自己的产品代言就成为了潮流。格力董明珠、万科王石、SOHO中国潘石屹纷纷出现在自家广告片中，那么问题来了，给自有品牌做广告算不算代言人？

解析算。新广告法第2条第5款注明，广告代言人是指广告主以外的，在广告中以自己的名义或者形象对商品、服务做推荐、证明的自然人、法人和其他组织。广告主是投放广告的企业，陈欧作为自然人担任广告代言人顺理成章，如果他愿意，完全可以让公司付给自己代言费。

药品、保健品还能找明星代言吗？

感冒药、止泻药这类常用药品广告找明星代言一直是常规营销手法，保健品也同样热衷于此。但确实有些问题产品的曝光让消费者很受伤，代言明星也蒙上污点。取消明星代言药品、保健品的呼声已喊了多年，这次是否落实？

解析明令禁止。新广告法第16条写明，医疗、药品、医疗器械广告不得利用广告代言人做推荐、证明。社科院在分析中表明这些代言人不能以医药科研单位、学术机构、医疗机构、行业协会、专业人士、患者或其他广告代言人的形象进行药品推广，不用说，明星大腕也不行。同样在第18条规定中保健品同样不能找代言人，就算是广告标明“本品不能代替药物”，也是被禁止的。

没用过商品，就别想当代言人哦

近两年男明星代言女性用品的广告不少见，像韩国歌星RAIN为某女性化妆品代言群众们也是能接受的，但有几位小鲜肉为女性生理期用品代言就有点雷人了。相信他们一定没有用过，又怎么能准确表达该商品的功能呢？这种比较另类的代言是否还能行？

论文写作也和其他文体写作一样，存在着思维的连续性。因此，在写作时要尽量排除各种干扰，使思维活动连续下去，集中精力，力求一气呵成。对于篇幅较长的论文，也要部分一气呵成，中途不要停顿，这样写作效果较好。
